Beneath the charm, however, lies a streak of impulsiveness and a willingness to bend rules if he thinks it’ll get the job done faster or better. He thrives under pressure, preferring the chaos of a critical maneuver to the monotony of a quiet patrol.

History

Early Life (2375–2393):
Born on Romulus in the waning years before its destruction, Hveir grew up in a family of technicians and shuttle pilots. He learned to fly before he could even reach the pedals, developing a deep connection with the stars and the ships that traversed them.

Starfleet Academy (2393–2397):
Eager to make a name for himself outside the shadows of Romulan politics, Hveir joined Starfleet Academy through an exchange program that sought to integrate Romulan citizens into Federation service. Though not the top of his class academically, he excelled in flight training and starship operations, earning a reputation for his instinctive piloting and his knack for getting through tight situations—sometimes by unorthodox means.

USS Sausalito (2401–2402):
Assigned as a junior flight control officer aboard the USS Sausalito, Hveir quickly proved himself capable in crisis situations. His performance during multiple emergency evacuations and combat maneuvers earned him commendations for composure and adaptability. While his informal manner sometimes clashed with protocol, his results were difficult to argue with.

USS Stardust (2402–Present):
Transferred to the USS Stardust upon its activation under Captain Harper N. Brooks, Hveir brings both experience and levity to the helm. His relationship with the crew is just beginning to take shape, but he’s already shown the same confidence and instinct that made him invaluable aboard the Sausalito.
